Managing editor of a collection of artists’ first works

When you ask over 300 artists, “What was your first work of art?” the results are vast. An inspirational collection, No.1: First Works by 362 Artists showcases works by a variety of contemporary painters, photographers, sculptors and filmmakers. (D.A.P.)

As one of the book’s managing editors, I worked closely with editors Richer and Rosenzweig to manage the production schedule, budget and printing – I recall many discussions about the book’s rough canvas cover!
