A large part of my practice involves connecting with others and sharing ideas. Often, those connections happen informally but, every now and then, I happily welcome formalised opportunities for learning and exchange.

Course: Visual Arts and Communication Studies
This lecture-seminar course introduces the theory and manifestation of visual communication practices in the visual arts. Its focus includes the analysis of photographs, paintings, architecture, and design and it studies the construction of pictorial narratives in the creation and criticism of images.

New Media Artists’ Talk

Moderated this online artists’ talk with selected participants in the trinidad+tobago film festival’s New Media programme of experimental films, video art, and interactive works.

Invited to develop and lead this workshop that focused on understanding the aesthetics of publishing — book covers, layout, and design.

Based at UWI’s Mona campus in the Faculty of Humanities and Education, this workshop brought together twelve professional arts writers from around the Caribbean region for five days of high-level, hands-on training led by facilitator Claire Armitstead, books editor of the UK Guardian.
